Offsite Human Resources is an Australian company that specialises in the provision of HR solutions to small to medium sized businesses. OHR was founded in 1998 by Sharn Chisholm to provide the "A to Z" of human resources to industry. In 2000, Simon Lane joined OHR and became Managing Director in 2002.

Offsite Human Resources is located in Goerge Street in Sydney. OHR also has a regional office in South Australia run by General Manager Melanie Satterley.

In 2006 Offsite Human Resources opened its first off shore office in California, USA. This operation is run by Regional Director, Andrew Savage.

At any given time, Offsite Human Resources has between 12 and 20 employees, contractors or outsource suppliers delivering on behalf of the business. Numbers vary according to assignments and contracts.

Offsite Human Resources also works in conjunction with Reference Check Pty Ltd, Exit Interview, PRL Internationl and iiNDUCTION Pty Ltd as part of the Offsite Group of Companies.
