Resources has spent much time analysing and benchmarking cultural
changes in business, using state of the art tools and information
gathered domestically and overseas. This has culminated in the construction
of "Zoomerang", an analysis of business skills, leadership
skills, culture and perception of delivery to employees.
The survey is
managed on-line via email and each section should take around 5-10
minutes to complete. The survey itself is a very simple document
that is delivered in the four sections mentioned. Each section has
around 25 questions and some demographic data. The survey usually
is run over at least 5-8 working days, including a weekend so that
as the process captures as many employees as possible. The on-line
capacity of Zoomerang means that results can generally be
presented to you within 2 to 3 days of the survey's close date,
with indicators available to you any time during the survey's activity.
Paper-based versions can also be arranged if required.
From analysis
of the data collected, a comprehensive report is compiled with indicators
as to what potential issues have been identified and what may remedy
them. This is all done whilst guaranteeing the anonymity of the
respondent.
