- “We/OHR” means
Offsite Human Resources Pty Ltd.
- All proprietary,
intellectual property and other rights (including copyright) in the
OHR Product are, and will at all times remain, OHR’s exclusive property.
- OHR Product can
only be used in Australia. The use of OHR Product, in whole or in part,
outside Australia is strictly prohibited, unless prior written consent
is obtained.
- “OHR Product” means
all software, materials, documentation, systems, know-how, the HR Online
Reference System (HRORS), electronic manual and other products (including
all concepts, data and information therein) provided by OHR.
- You are authorised
to view and where expressly stated download and use the HRORS for your
internal purposes only and not for external supply or distribution.
- You acknowledge
and agree that by accessing the Website you shall comply with and be
bound by the terms and conditions of use set out on the Website.
- The HRORS is periodically
updated and you should regularly check the Website. We do not warrant
the completeness of the HRORS and any other material appearing on the
Website. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of
the HRORS but you are advised to obtain independent advice and verification
of matters set out in the HRORS.
- We are not responsible
for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by your use of the HRORS or
use of the information therein.
