Confidentiality
Business information is an essential asset of Company. It may include information about our customers, products, profits and employees, or in fact any aspect of our business or that of our business partners.
 
As an employee you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you obtain during your employment. This means you may only discuss or disclose information to those immediately involved in relevant matters. This also means any documentation or written materials provided by Company or used in relation to the business is company property and must not be removed, passed on, copied or disclosed to third parties.
 
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property that you may create, develop or modify during your employment with Company remains the property of the organisation at all times.
 
Under your employment terms your obligations in respect of confidentiality and intellectual property rights remain both during and after the termination of your employment with us.
