Philosophy

Company understands the importance of recreational leave and its relationship to optimum work performance. employees are encouraged to use their annual leave to take a break from work and enjoy some rest and recreation.

We also understand that there will be occasions when employees will require time off work for personal and health reasons. We are committed to managing these situations in a caring and flexible manner whilst also considering the operational requirements of our business.

Company meets all of its statutory obligations in regard to employee leave entitlements.

Policy

Company provides a comprehensive range of leave arrangements and entitlements to its employees.

All leave will require the approval of your Manager and should be taken at a mutually convenient time.
