Policy All employees are reviewed in terms of their performance and contribution to the business. Reviews will be both regular and meaningful. Elements of the review include assessing performance against set objectives, as well as behaviours demonstrated in achieving those objectives. Managers and their employees should be given equal responsibility for ensuring that effective performance discussions occur on a regular basis.
