Policy

The responsibility for recruitment decisions at Company has been delegated by the Chief Executive Officer to the business unit leaders. It is the policy of Company to advertise all positions internally. However, management has the discretion to recruit externally and/or make directed moves where appropriate. Human Resources and Recruitment experts are available to advise, assist and to ensure we have a managed and consistent approach to our recruitment and selection decisions.
