It is our goal to ensure that employeess who join Company remain part of the team for as long as we can motivate, reward, challenge and inspire them. At a point in time when we can no longer achieve that, then we will assist that employee to leave with as many good memories and with as much dignity as possible.

Policy

All voluntary resignations from Company should be in writing. A decision to terminate an employee is not taken lightly and must be approved by the CEO.
