Offsite Human Resources can help you help your employees in need of career support when transitioning from your business. These employees have often been affected by organisational change, downturn in trade, or changes in the marketplace. Offsite Human Resources helps by interviewing the affected employee to ascertain skills, aspirations, fears and anxieties. This helps us build a platform of understanding as to what the desired outcome of the outplacement is, (not always as obvious as it seems), and using project management skills, delivering on that objective.

  • Giving feedback to the company in a confidential manner on the progress of the employee and how the business may further play a role
  • Offering optional counselling of the employee's partner in the role that they can play, the situation as it stands, and the financial planning if necessary
  • Providing business hour telephone counselling support from an experienced practitioner.
